We offer a zero risk return policy on any unused product. If your tire doesn’t fit or work for your machine, you can send it back, on us, for a full refund.
Steps to return product
Contact customer service at email@example.com with the details of the product you are returning and reason why. Once your return is approved a return label will be provided. Then simply drop it off at the carrier’s shipping location or arrange a pickup with carrier.
How long will a return take to process?
Once we receive your product back to our warehouse your return will be processed within 3 business days.
When will they receive their refund?
You should receive your refund after your return has been processed and approved.
What isn’t covered?
Product that has been used.
What is considered used?
For tires, wheels and inner tubes, once you’ve assemebled it with another component. For assemblies we mounted, up to the point it is used on the ground.
What is your return window?
30 days for unused product, doesn’t fit, or shipping mistakes. We will warranty all products for 1 Year and accept returns for any defective product.
