The area is primarily an old riverbed with a few hill climbs but mostly flat trails that make it ideal for beginning and intermediate riders. The area is lightly maintained by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and offers most hard pack with some loose dirt, a few mud bogs, some water, a few obstacles (which are marked) and lots of trees.
